The first two months of our fourth academic year in existence have been a bit of whirlwind for Inner Voices. After singing for a wedding at the start of September we then had 4 weeks to prepare for our first radio broadcast; Sunday Worship on Radio 4. You can hear clips from the broadcast on […]
During the February half-term Inner Voices went on our first ever tour abroad, to Belgium. Here are some photos of our latest gig at the Natural History Museum for LandAid’s massive 550 guest fundraising dinner. We performed Josquin’s Mille Regrets first (as the first people walked in while the acoustic was at its best) and moved on to a bit of Soulful Celebration at the end.
Last week we performed excerpts from Handel’s Messiah alongside excerpts from 1992’s amazing A Soulful Celebration at the Union Chapel. Fantastic music with Cardinal Vaughan’s superb Big Band and Chamber Orchestra with support from the choirs of Bishop Thomas Grant School and the West London Free School.
